Who we are. toonreach makes animated videos for small businesses. Contact: [your email].

What we collect. What you type into our forms: your name, business name, city, social handle, WhatsApp or email. When you open a gift link we store a random browser id and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, so we can tell whether a link was opened by someone other than the sender. We never store your raw IP address.

Why. To reply to your request, to deliver what you asked for, and to stop people faking gift claims. We don’t sell your data and we don’t send newsletters unless you ask.

Cookies. One functional cookie (a random browser id) used only for the gift tracking above. No advertising cookies.

Where it’s stored. In our database hosted by Supabase; the site is hosted by Vercel.

How long. Until you ask us to delete it, or at most 24 months.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — email [your email] and we’ll do it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
